Work securely from the office or from home. We plan, migrate and manage Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud so your email, files and Teams stay organised and properly protected.
Microsoft 365 is a subscription service that gives each user business email through Exchange Online, file storage in OneDrive and SharePoint, Teams for calls and chat, and the latest Office apps. Because it runs in Microsoft’s data centres, staff can work securely from any location, and there’s no email server in your office to maintain.
The software is the easy part. Getting value from it depends on how it’s set up: licences, security policies, file permissions and a sensible folder structure. That’s where we come in.
Moves from on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP or POP email, with mail, calendars and contacts carried across.
File libraries and Teams structured around how your business actually works, with permissions that make sense.
Right-sizing Business Basic, Standard and Premium so you pay for what you use and get the security you need.
A blend of cloud services and on-site systems for software that can't move to the cloud yet.

Many SMEs still run an ageing server in a cupboard for email, shared drives and user logins. When it fails, everyone stops. Moving those services to Microsoft 365 and Azure can reduce hardware costs and remove a single point of failure. Some line-of-business applications still run best on a local server, and for those we design a hybrid setup. We have supported Microsoft server environments for over 20 years.
We audit mailboxes, file shares, permissions and the apps that depend on them.
SharePoint structure, licence plan and security policies mapped before anything moves.
Data copied in the background, with the final switch scheduled out of hours.
Engineers on hand as staff start work on the new system.
Dragging an old shared drive into SharePoint recreates the same mess in a new place. We design a file architecture around your departments and projects, so the right people have access and everyone else doesn’t.
Microsoft is responsible for keeping the service available. Under its shared responsibility model, protecting your data from accidental deletion, malicious insiders and ransomware remains your responsibility. Retention settings and the recycle bin have time limits and aren’t a substitute for an independent backup.
We protect Microsoft 365 mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams with separate cloud backup. [CONFIRM: Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup]
Microsoft protects its infrastructure and keeps the service running, but it doesn't provide a traditional backup of your data that you control. Deleted items are only recoverable for a limited period, so we recommend an independent Microsoft 365 backup for every business.
A typical SME migration takes a few weeks from planning to switchover, depending on the number of mailboxes, the volume of files and how data is currently stored. The final cutover is usually scheduled out of hours. [CONFIRM: typical timescale]
No. Existing email, calendars and contacts are copied across before the switchover, and mail flow is redirected in a planned window so nothing is missed.
Yes. Your business email should use your company domain, such as name@yourcompany.co.uk. We set this up in Microsoft 365 and handle the DNS changes with your domain provider.
OneDrive is for an individual's own work files. SharePoint is for shared company files that teams work on together. Teams uses SharePoint behind the scenes to store files shared in channels.
It depends on the software you run. If your server mainly handles email, file shares and logins, Microsoft 365 can usually replace it. If you rely on applications that need a local server, a hybrid setup is often the best fit.
